the staff was very helpful. they always smiled and gave the info i required
the room showed clear signs of neglect. the rolled-down curtains in the bathroom had mold growing on it. half of the bedside tables still had dust. wish they were a bit more mindful of guests staying in their rooms.

Really good Hospitality and Tranquil Setting

The staff were friendly and accommodating I appreciated their willingness to modify food orders and provide special preparations. Our guide, ly sang, and driver, chitra, spent two days showing us everything we requested. Vichet at the restaurant and ayline at the front desk were particularly helpful. All employees.
Unfortunately one issue was a lack of cleanliness upon arrival the room smelled strongly of mosquito repellent which was headache inducing. The furniture had stains and the bathroom curtains had mold showing neglect. The bedside tables were dusty suggesting cleaning oversights

The restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty foods with luxurious decor, the breakfast service was very good and delicious dinners were available. Special food preparation was accommodated upon request. The restaurant staff demonstrated flexibility. The restaurant provides a good dining experience.

The hotel is in a quieter part of town it has a very relaxed feel. It is about an eight minute ride to the centre where one can get a tuk tuk out the front. The hotel is tranquil with a great pool and restaurant.

Every one was very friendly and accommodating they made it happen what ever we asked for. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to keep us happy. The reception provided tuk tuk services for temple visits and to the lake.

The rooms are good with anything i needed that wasn't in the room they happily provided. Our room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are extra large with great facilities. Laundry service was efficient and well done. The rooms are modern and nice.

The tuk-tuk service to town each day proved useful, with rides available between 5 pm and 8 pm. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had great features. The pool was big. It was also clean, with attractive additions. I received vouchers for two free cocktails each day between 6 pm and 7 pm. The breakfast buffet had many choices from salad to pancakes and included spring rolls plus noodles. The housekeeping staff did great work.
